The first release of 2001 and the new series saw the backing card change to a new design. Also added was the year of release was to the top right of the blister. The Series was all Blister format only and had one Arsenal figure. The figure comes in Blister format with a Collectors Card. The figure also comes with a Platinum pack which is limited to 480 pieces. The platinum figures were still with the green base colour.
