Released in August 2000 this was after both Series 6 and 7 not having any new Arsenal figures. The Series was purely Blister format only and had Arsenal's second Keeper Manninger. The figure comes in Blister format with a Collectors Card. The figure also comes with a Platinum pack which is limited to 480 pieces. The platinum figures were changed back to the old way with the base colour being green.
